What is a "proof of purchase"?

Your proof of purchase is the confirmation from the store showing you purchased your product and warranty.  Also known as receipt, invoice, order confirmation, voucher.

 

Proof of Purchase Requirements

 

Acceptable file formats (pdf, jpg)

 

Valid proof of purchase must contain:

 

  • Date of purchase

  • Store information (store name, address, phone and/or email address)

  • Customer information (name, address, phone and/or email address)

  • Product which you have purchased coverage for (SKU and/or product description)

  • Repair or replacement plan which you have purchased (SKU and/or product description)

  • Sales prices for each of the line items 

  • Copies of email confirmations must be clearly formatted and legible.

 

We're sorry, we currently do not accept the following in lieu of your proof of purchase:

 

  • Unformatted invoices

  • Packing slips

  • Credit card statements

  • Documents containing illegible or partial information

 

If you purchased your product on eBay, you may also provide your PayPal receipt.
