Please remove your device's password before sending it in for service.  This way the repair technician can fully diagnose, repair, and quality control to confirm your product works to factory specification after the repair is completed.

If you forgot to remove the password before sending in your product, no worries!  Simply email cs@cpscentral.com with the password or code - we will send it the repairs team.
