What is included within this coverage?
Protection for internal hardware failure
Protection for non-intentional accidental damage
International Coverage – No matter where the customer is in the world, they are protected
At time of claim, instead of repairing the customer’s product, CPS will replace the product with a check for the retail cost paid for the product (less shipping/tax)
What is not included within this coverage?
Lost/stolen products
Accidental damage due to full water submersion, gross misuse, intentional damage
Shipping fees to the salvage facility at time of claim
Repairs, this plan will provide a replacement check only
Claims that occur within the first 30 days of product purchase
